Meet your Northwest technician prior to their arrival at your home

Alex

Alex

Alex has been working in the HVAC industry since 2011. He graduated from Kirkwood Community College with an Associate in Science with HVAC emphasis. He also has his EPA Certification. Alex grew up in Andrew, Iowa and graduated from Andrew Community High School. When he's not at work, you'll most likely find him spending time outdoors. His outdoor hobbies include kayaking, hiking, hunting and fishing. He is also a huge dog lover and loves his free time with them.
Bryan

Bryan

Bryan has been working in the Plumbing industry since 2013. He is licensed for plumbing and backflow protection in Iowa and Illinois, as well as medical gas. He is our journeyman plumber and comes from a military background. Bryan spent a lot of time traveling the country with the U.S. Air Force. He grew up in Rock Island and graduated from Rock Island High School.
Dallas

Dallas

Dallas served 8 years in the active-duty Navy and recently began his career in the HVAC industry. During his transition, he learned his love for the trade. He then began attending the HVAC School of Retail Ready Career Center in Garland, TX. This is where he learned the trade of restoring heat and warmth to the community during the cold months. Dallas grew up in Moline and graduated from Kaplan University. He strives to give all of his customers the full service experience on every visit: fast, friendly and accurate service. While he does care about the equipment, he truly cares about the customer satisfaction on every call.
Jake

Jake

Jake has been working in the Plumbing industry since 2017. He grew up in Davenport & graduated from Davenport Central. Jake is currently our plumbing service apprentice. When he's not at work, he enjoys golfing, playing guitar & building motorcycles.
Jeni

Jeni

Jeni has been working in the HVAC industry since 2008. She graduated from Local 25 with Pipefitter and Service Certifications. Jeni grew up in Long Grove, IA & graduated from North Scott high school. In addition, she received her Associates in Pipe Trades from Blackhawk College. Jeni and her husband have 2 kids, 1 son (age 6) and 1 daughter (age 15). They raise chickens, turkeys, and ducks for eggs & meat. Their family also milks cows and raise registered Ayrshire & Holstein Heifers. In her time outside of work and home, Jeni is a 4H Leader & teaches religious education at her church.  
Joe

Joe

Joe has been working in the Plumbing industry since 1997. He is our drain expert, specializing in sewer lateral line location and camera inspection. Joe grew up in Moline and graduated from Moline High School. When he's not working, he enjoys working on vintage shortwave radios and songwriting. He also spends his free time with his adorable Jack Russell.
Mike

Mike

Mike has been working in the HVAC industry since 1993. He graduated from Local 91 with a Journeyman certificate. He also holds a universal technicians refrigeration certification. Mike grew up in Davenport Iowa and graduated from Davenport North High School. When Mike first entered this industry, he was trained as an installer and sheet metal worker. Shortly after that he became intrigued with the technology and inner workings of the equipment. This led him to want to learn more about the service side of the job. He takes pride in the work that he does and tries to treat every job as if it was his own house. Outside of work, Mike enjoys keeping aquariums, both fresh and saltwater. You can often find him on his down time spending time with his wife and two daughters listening to music, camping, fishing, and gardening. An important note about Mike is that he is a dog guy! With two golden retrievers and a Pomeranian at his home, you can bet he wouldn't have a problem if there's a dog in your home.
